daVinci Adds Executive Firepower To Fuel Aggressive Growth
daVinci Payments Solutions fills out its leadership team with the addition of two key executives: Melissa Hentschel as Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Tracy Monson as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). These appointments follow on the heels of daVinci’s acquisition in 2017 by Dallas-based Syncapay, a holding company launched by payments industry veterans. The addition of these leaders is part of the company’s strategy for growth and global expansion.
As COO, Hentschel is responsible for infusing operational excellence throughout all business processes across daVinci in preparation for scale, as well as direct reporting responsibility for daVinci’s customer service and client service teams. She has more than 17 years of incentive, prepaid and fintech experience having held key leadership roles at Parago, Inc., Blackhawk and Ingo Money. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Prepaid Products and Innovation at Key Bank.
Monson takes on her new role as CMO after eight years with daVinci in various leadership roles from account management to product development to client operations. She will leverage her history as a liaison between technology, operations and sales while overseeing all aspects of marketing as well as internal and client education and training. “Our valued partners and clients have propelled daVinci’s growth," Monson said.
